For the safety and comfort of all our guests there is no smoking inside our rental units.
Reservations will be held once valid credit card information or a check for the full rental amount has been received by Idyllwild Mountain Homes. You acknowledge that your credit card will be charged the full rental amount 14 days prior to your arrival, or upon time of reservation if less than 14 days from your arrival. The rental fee is due a minimum of 14 days prior to check in or your reservation may be forfeited. If a confirmed reservation is canceled within less than 10 days prior to rental commencement, your deposit will NOT be refunded UNLESS we are able to rent the home for your reserved dates. If your reservation is canceled or terminated after 5 days prior to rental date, you are responsible for the full rental amount. If you have reserved the home no less than 5 days prior to your rental date, you will be responsible for the full amount if the reservation is canceled. A $20.00 administrative fee will be deducted from refunded reservation deposits for cancellations.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 p.m. Arrangements for late check-outs or early check-ins must be made in advance. You understand that early departure refunds cannot be accommodated.
If you are renting a home that allows pets, pets should not be left in the cabin when you are not there.
Each home has a maximum number of guests allowed. Rates quoted are based on the number of guests identified in this agreement. Any party falsely representing the number of people in the cabin or exceeding the number paid for may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of this rental agreement.
You agree to abide by the occupancy limit established in this agreement and understand that my credit card will be charged for additional guests and cleaning fees if necessary if the agreed upon occupancy limit is breached.
We are currently providing linens for the beds, however, you may wish to bring your own pillow. We also provide bath towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. Wood for the wood burning stove or fireplace is also provided for you.
You agree to properly use and operate all furnishings, including electrical and gas appliances, plumbing fixtures, Jacuzzi, electronic home entertainment property, wood burning stove/fireplace, BBQ and any other items of whatsoever kind or nature provided to me during my stay for my convenience.
You agree to notify and reimburse Idyllwild Mountain Homes for all necessary and reasonable repairs, replacement for damage or destruction of property caused by my guests, and me or for any extra cleaning required. We will notify you of the costs of damages or extra housekeeping within 14 days after your departure. My signature below authorizes Idyllwild Mountain Homes to charge my credit card for these costs.
Idyllwild Mountain Homes makes every effort to ensure that appliances in the homes are in operating condition, and asks you to report any problems as soon as they are discovered. We will make every effort to correct the problem; however, at times we must wait for parts or outside service. Refunds cannot be made for inconvenience due to mechanical failure of appliances.
You understand that (if renting a unit with a hot tub/spa) there is a Jacuzzi spa on the deck and accept all responsibility regarding the safety of all rental occupants in the use of the spa.
A cleaning fee of $60 will be assessed. Every rental is checked for cleanliness and damage before your occupancy. Please notify us if anything has been overlooked.
Lost key fee is $25.00.
You agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless Idyllwild Mountain Homes and the owners of the rental from any loss, liability, damage or cost you may incur due to my occupancy on your premises. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be mediated subject to the rules of the American Arbitration Association at the branch office closest to Idyllwild, California
You understand that the property is not child proofed and accept all responsibility for any injury that may occur to a minor while on the premises.
